3. Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and the time of our practitioners. To provide the best possible service, we enforce the following policies:

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate the next client.
